The CCDMD UNVEILS ITS NEW VISUAL IDENTITY

The CCDMD is proud to unveil its brand-new visual identity, featuring a modernized logo.

Designed to better reflect the Centre’s mission and align with today’s digital realities, this new branding reaffirms the CCDMD’s commitment to producing high-quality educational resources in collaboration with hundreds of authors from the college network.

After nearly 20 years with the same logo, the CCDMD entrusted the agency Upperkut with the task of redesigning its visual identity. The new logo, both sleek and distinctive, is accompanied by a strong tagline that highlights the Centre’s mission: creating knowledge, in collaboration with the college network.

Rethinking the CCDMD’s identity meant combining the rigour of knowledge with the warmth of human connection to create a simple, accessible, and deeply meaningful identity.

A Human Touch

The standout feature of the new logo is the handwritten-style letter “M,” which evokes handwriting, human connection, and the close relationship with teachers and students alike. This element also symbolizes the CCDMD’s personalized approach to creating its resources.

Behind every resource, there’s human collaboration. The new logo, with its handwritten touch, reminds us that the CCDMD is first and foremost a team attuned to the needs of the college community and committed partners who support teachers and their students.

The rollout of this new visual identity will happen gradually across all CCDMD platforms and tools, including websites, educational games, digital and print textbooks, and more. However, its main website and social media channels are already proudly showcasing the new look.
