Updated Internet Directory
The 4th edition of the Internet Directory for English Language Improvement is now available. The new version features over 150 annotated resources for students learning English or using English in an educational context. The mostly Canadian or Quebec websites are organized by theme and category. A practical tool for students and teachers alike!
You can order copies of the Directory or download the pdf version.
You can also use the search engine to find resources by language skill, topic area, type, keyword or alphabetical order.
Updated Language and Reading Companion
The Language and Reading Companion website provides texts and articles on various topics, written by Canadian authors, for students of English to listen to and read at the same time. The texts include vocabulary and comprehension exercises. A valuable website for improving oral and written comprehension as well as developing vocabulary.
Two new categories (Geography and Humanities) have been added recently, as well as six new texts by David Suzuki, Sun-Kyung Yi, Naheed Mustafa, Mike DeSouza and Monique Muise.
